St James' Church
Welcome to St James's church. We come together every Sunday:

  • 8:00am - via the St James Facebook page, St James Church Wick | Facebook
  • 11:00am in St James' Church

Nestled at the heart of the village of Wick in the Vale of Glamorgan. St James' church is one of 12 churches within the wider Glamorgan Heritage Coast Ministry Area.

If you are new to the church, why not take a look at our Services in Wick page, which has lots of information you may find useful.

Here at St James', we want to bring our community together, through encouraging new friendships and rekindle old ones. We see our church as a family, firmly believing that church should be a fun, informative and above all, a place where you can be close to God.

Please take a look around, and if you have any questions, please use the contact us page.

Planning your Visit

A Warm Hello

The following information is specifically for those planning a visit, so that you know, beforehand, what to expect on a Sunday morning.

Where and When

We meet in 12 different church buildings across the Vale of Glamorgan - here's the list.

There are no rules when it comes to choosing which church to visit. Some people attend the church that's closest to where they live, others choose one that's important to them. Whichever you visit, you can be sure of a warm welcome.

Accessibility: Most of our church buildings have wheelchair access. Gileston is our only building that has only steps for access. Audio induction loops are available in most church buildings.

Toilets are available in our buildings in Llantwit Major, Southerndown and Ewenny.
